A DOUBLE STANDARD CREATES INJUSTICE

Men are all rapists and evil. Women are their victims and are always truthful and good. These current cultural notions highlight the persecution and prosecution in our domestic violence and sexual assault laws. An accusation by a female of a physical or sexual attack against them by a male is being seen not only by the feminists but by the progressive media as an automatic direct statement of guilt as charged by any female.

This progressive approach started on college campuses, which spread to the mainstream culture.   Every female making a sexual charge is a credible witness until cross-examined under oath. All sociopaths, male or female, can habitually lie with little or no detection, as they have no conscience. 

“Innocent until proven guilty by a group of one’s peers” has been hopefully only temporarily abandoned. The feminist principle that a man is guilty until he proves his innocence is an insidious assault on all men that has been adopted by the progressive culture. The Duke Lacrosse team players and Tawanda Brawley are infamous examples of a male lynching by the progressive media.  It is almost impossible to prove a person, in most cases a man, did not do something that someone else, most likely a female, said he did. According to the PC culture women never lie and men can never be trusted.

In a similar analogy in our current PC culture, a man has to prove he did not beat his wife, which occurs often in divorce proceedings and domestic violence incidents. Proving a negative is impossible. In our present PC culture in both cases the burden falls on the male. This is an irrational and unjust tactic of viewing all men as guilty. As soon as the woman accuses him of a sexual assault or battery the male becomes the guilty party solely because of his gender, being a male.

The incidence of women or men striking each other is 50/50. The rationalization for men being removed from their residence is that even though a female could have started the incident with a slap, the male is held accountable because the male ‘s violence is more damaging due to the male’s greater physical strength. Normally the man is forced to leave his residence while the woman is allowed to stay. This is capricious since the decision is arbitrarily arrived at by the police officer.

Justice depends on credible witnesses of character, the evidence presented under oath and cross-examination from the opposing counsel. One’s bank account or special interest group should not determine credibility. The ultimate goal of justice is to determine the truth through a legitimate trial by a jury of one’s peers not blindly believing allegations. “Unconfirmed allegation” constitutes a witch- hunt not justice in a free nation.

Our traditional culture has been turned upside-down through special privileged interest groups and PC legislative decrees. Many of these social justice laws have divided and taken power and rights from the forgotten traditional middle class. These illegal changes to the intent of our constitution have existed long enough to clearly understand the real consequences to this innocuous appearing legislation.  Progressives have created instability, moral laxity and injustice.

The reaction of traditional citizens has finally been given a voice. The Tea Party and now America First has finally given them a megaphone to be heard. They understand that traditional proposals and people have been persecuted while the progressives were being promoted by the Deep State’s actual power. These honest, hard-working family people (the deplorables) believe in justice, freedom and opportunity. They are strongly saying “no” to manipulation from a small group of elites through their government bureaucrats. They have created a maze of regulations that is strangling our basic constitutional rights, freedom and morality.

Traditional, straight Americans are not going to be diverted by witch-hunts that frighten us into conforming to a progressive cultural religion. Americans want a return to justice, freedom and opportunity. These virtues are essential for upward mobility to prevail and to end corrupt autocratic rule.  

In dictatorial communist nations the strategy to take over a stable nation has been to turn women against men, children against their parents, religious groups including atheists against each other, and one ethnic group against another. By dividing the country into interest groups, unity is destroyed and revolutionary rhetoric can take root. This is how totalitarianism has prevailed in other countries.

America’s stability, freedom and justice have thwarted communist nonsense utopian notions from becoming legitimate alternatives. The unwarranted hatred and anger of special interest groups has to be calmed through “moral suasion” and the fact that America is the best country on earth. Our nation offers an incredible opportunity for living a free lifestyle as long as no one impinges on the rights of others. We need to return to a single standard of justice for all to save America.
