THIS IS A DESPICABLE, DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL UNCIVIL WAR

The Cavanaugh hearings have been beyond the pale. It is not a process aimed at reaching a decision of advice and consent by the senate but a search and destroy act of the integrity of a man of impeccable character. There was no due process for the accused. It was a hearing based on supposed credibility where the female accuser was held unaccountable for her blatant inconsistencies and deceptions such as: not knowing the interview could have taken place in her home in California, having no specific dates or location of the alleged incident, frequently saying “I don’t know “ to the simplest of questions, and saying she could not fly when she has flown all over the world.  She was not a credible witness.

The hearing has made this fragile, disturbed female a protected victim. Because he was a white male it was all right for Judge Kavanaugh to be labeled as a sexual predator with no evidence at all. This was a disgraceful racial and sexist attack, using any means possible, by the Democrats. The rejection of the people’s right to the presumption of innocence is only evident in a police state.

The fundamental tenet of civilized countries that “you are innocent until proven guilty” has been turned upside down where “you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent” and is a dagger in the heart of our justice system. The Salem Witch Trials, the Spanish Inquisition and KKK lynchings are examples of “accusation tyranny.” Furthermore, authorities according to PC rules cannot question females who claim to be sexually abused. The progressive strategy of weaponizing females who have made uncorroborated accusations was done solely to annihilate this judicial appointment. This charade has besmirched Judge Kavanaugh’s impeccable reputation and has been even more devastating to our judicial system.

Many of these outrageous and obnoxious beliefs and behaviors were incubated and tested on college campuses. The Femi-Nazis’ women studies, and social justice class students are indoctrinated to believe that all men are rapists and all women innocent victims while all patriarchal white males are abusive and repressive monsters.  These cultural battles have come like machinegun blasts: fast and furious. Their objectives were to divide citizen against citizen, tribalizing us into hateful factions to obliterate traditional values and ultimately, our Constitutional Republic. This chiseling away at our foundation appeared to be random although it was a concerted effort to destroy everything and anything including America’s exceptionalism.

This Brett Kavanaugh nomination for the Supreme Court of the United States has brought into sharp focus the Uncivil War.  The skirmishes have happened sporadically for decades in marches in the streets, state and federal courts, school districts, restaurants, and universities. Throughout the media the progressive’s fury and commitment to undoing our traditional institutions has been highlighted.

The uncivil war attacks by the progressives were protected and advanced by the third branch of government: the courts and the Fourth Estate: the media. The Supreme Court appointment of Judge Kavanaugh would wreck the progressive’s ability to readily disassemble the heart and soul of America. A responsible Supreme Court would halt the frequent and measured slicing away at the arteries that are vital for the survival of the nation.

The outcome of these cultural battles will be critical for determining the overall future direction of our country’s existence as a free one. If the traditionalists are unable or unwilling to show courage in this battle no conservative judge will ever again be appointed to the Supreme Court. The third branch of government will be a rubber stamp that would eliminate our rights and freedoms.

The justice system will no longer be blind but an advocacy group for “protected classes” defined as: women, racial minorities and LGBTQ. There no longer would be any barrier to radical change. The established media will continue to be a powerful institution discrediting our constitution, Bill of Rights and a weapon to eliminate love of God and country to make it more palatable to accept a one-world government.

The stakes for our nation of not following the sixth amendment, the supremacy clause, which declares that our US Constitutional laws are the highest laws in the land, would be the demise of our basic liberties. Without Supreme Court judges upholding our constitution and Bill of Rights, our nation will cease to be free: self-serving, insane and often evil, radical anarchists will hold people captive.

The only thing preventing us from being the next Venezuela is our courageous citizens accurately informing others about the truth even when it is contrary to the PC narrative. These brave people will cause the silent majority to triumph in this disgusting, uncivil war. Your vote counts.
