GOVERNMENT AND CORPORATIONS ARE ABOVE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

GOVERNMENT AND CORPORATIONS ARE ABOVE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

By Domenick J. Maglio Ph.D. Traditional Realist

The unholy alliance between our national government and mega international corporations is dismantling our capitalist system and the people’s rights under our constitution. There is no attempt to disguise this relationship and its policies. The progressive media advocates/apologists do their best to ensure the news cycle is always positive even if they have to censor factual information or devise misinformation to cover for the administration. Creative lying to the public has become an artform that even surpasses Hitlerian propaganda.

Mega corporations have joined together with the nation’s highest officials including the president, his cabinet and members of congress in both parties. There has perennially been a revolving door between government and the military-industrial complex. We are currently witnessing many members of the social media who are becoming members of the president’s inner circle after leaving their positions. The campaign contributions from corporations and favorable news coverage are exchanged for political power to crush any political opposition.

The 24-hour news cycle has been a disaster for any legitimate debate and discussion of many radical policy changes taking place at machine gun firing speed. The velocity of changing our economy, culture, public school curriculum, higher education, criminal enforcement, immigration, government payouts and restrictions on the people’s freedoms is nothing more than a government-controlled revolution. The Chinese Cultural Revolution, Argentina, Cuba and Venezuela were communist take overs that also occurred from the top down not from the people up.

The United “States was supposed to be different than other countries since we had a revolution against the most powerful nation at the time, Great Britain. Our wise founders placed checks and balances in our constitution with a definitive Bill of Rights to protect the people’s freedoms. In the past 80 to 100 years the people’s freedoms and power have been chipped away by an ever-increasing, bloated government bureaucracy, which expanded their welfare tentacles while shedding the importance of God, family, responsibility and our Godly endowed rights to free choice.

This period in our history is at a crossroads. Are we going to continue to incentivize open borders, which means the end of the USA as a solvent state? Are we going to pay people not to work, ending capitalism? Are we going to handcuff law enforcement to usher in lawlessness, ending order? Are we going to accept the teacher’s union and public-school board members preventing input from parents concerning what is being taught to their children? Are we going to divide the country into citizens who took the corona vaccine and second-class citizens who did not take it? “The non vaxxers” will be excluded from being able to travel by plane, sitting next to others in entertainment or education venues and entering certain businesses, which is now happening in Israel?

Are our patriotic American citizens going to sit idle and watch our Bill of Rights being discarded one by one? Our freedom of speech has corroded to the point where we have to consider whether a reasonable question is going to be sufficient to be incarcerated. Do law abiding citizens give up their constitutional right to own guns if government officials come to the door and demand them? Can we continue to practice our belief in God and assemble in houses of worship? Will we be permitted to go out in public and participate in sports without a mask that hinders our breathing?

The pathetic reality is we Americans have assumed that elected officials were going to act like saints while we got “fat on the hog.” We did not even begin to do our duty to know our local politicians and to listen to what was happening in Washington D.C. We created a vacuum where government and corporate corruption became normalized. This “pay to play” has been a catastrophe to the small entrepreneur and citizen’s rights and power.

This symbiotic relationship between the federal government and international corporations has decimated the average citizen’s ability to wield power. “The people” have become inconsequential. When the people’s voice is heard, no one listens. The Supreme Court as a whole does not uphold the constitution as written but bows to the current political winds.

Patriotic Americans are being awakened by accurate revelations that finance and moral corruption is commonplace throughout our government, corporations and our news media.

We have too much to lose for the future of all Americans and most importantly for the people of the world who need the USA as a beacon of freedom for the world.

The alternative is a global totalitarian state that will be hell on earth especially for the citizens of the United States.
