CORRUPT ELECTIONS LEAD TO LOSS OF FREEDOM

CORRUPT ELECTIONS LEAD TO LOSS OF FREEDOM

By Domenick J. Maglio PhD. Traditional Realist

The in-your-face 2020 fraudulent election process which took place in the USA’s supposedly squeaky-clean voting process has been shocking. The “red wave” majority, followers of the American tradition, proudly and massively voted at the polls while the media’s projected “blue wave” turned out to be a hoax.

On election night President Trump was on the way to an overwhelming victory. The counting was mysteriously halted for four hours and returned with an inexplicable flood of ballots for one candidate- Joe Biden. The media were ecstatic starting the campaign for candidate Biden to call him the winner of the election before the votes were legally verified. They announced Biden as “President Elect of 2020,” although both Biden and the media know that the states certify the election results.

All television networks but Fox News, and ten minutes later, Fox News curiously joined in stating that Joe Biden was the 46th president elect of the United States. Within 24 hours democrats started to call for President Trump to concede the election. However, any premature determination of the winner of the election will invalidate it, producing confusion, hostility and possible riots in the streets. Yet anytime possible fraud was mentioned, the media responded with, “there is no evidence of fraud that could overturn the election,” instead of doing their duty to investigate any fraud to ensure the election’s legitimacy, the media is performing Psy-Ops to determine our next president.

Fraud was not inconsequential but enormous and systematic. It was sanctioned from the top. Candidate Joe Biden boasted on an Instagram post on October 4th, “We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” Immediately Politifact attempted to cover for Biden by authoritatively stating that “He misspoke.” This was a cogent statement that clearly describes what was happening.

A straightforward, mafia manner was also used by Joe Biden when he bragged about how he threatened the Ukrainian minister to fire the judge that was investigating his son, Hunter, and the company Barisma he represented. He stated the one billion dollars would only be released when the judge was removed. “I am leaving within six hours: If the prosecutor was not fired you are not getting the money. Well, son-of-a -bitch, he got fired.” The Chinese government money connection between Hunter and Joe Biden also demonstrates their use of the office for influence pedaling in the Barisma case.

Besides Biden’s unethical character, there was a high number of straight republican ballots with the only exception being Joe Biden at the top of the ticket instead of Trump. This is suspicious. Furthermore, the inability of republican poll watchers to witness the counting process was unconstitutional and was done in states where the count for president shifted radically from President Trump to candidate Biden.

Techniques such as weakening the integrity of mail-in ballots and the use of Dominion software voting machines that can easily be programmed to switch votes and flip elections were used. The state of Texas rejected these machines due to their being prone to ballot manipulation. This software is said to have been devised for Hugo Chavez of Venezuela.

The repeating by the “democrat media” of the inflated poll numbers, distortions of his policies and statements also undermined President Trump’s credibility and favorability ratings. This pattern continued even after election day to discredit any of Trump’s reasons for questioning the election results.

The U.S. elections are supposed to express the majority voice of the citizens not the desire of one particular party’s elites. Once any party uses devious methods such as harvesting votes or sending unidentified mail-in ballots to win an election, the faith in the process is diminished and legitimacy decreased. The election becomes as much a joke as that of the Democratic Communist People’s Republics or any other dictatorship. We just became another Banana Republic.

The idea that the candidate wins who receives the most legitimate votes of citizens, is crucial. Any impression otherwise would have an impact on the nation that voting is a farce. We need to continue the verification that each vote is a sacred step to keep our nation’s liberty.

Any deviation from our constitutional process has to be investigated to certify the authenticity of the election. Any corruption should be eliminated and punished. When a vast conspiracy of people get away with subverting the law, the transgressions will increase in number and scope until the people’s voice fades into oblivion.

Too many brave souls gave their lives to create and preserve our freedoms from outside and internal enemies. We need to insist on an honest accounting of the voice of the people

Anything else would be a dereliction of duty by everyone involved in our electoral process.

THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE SOLIDIFIES A FREE, JUST AND STABLE REPUBLIC

THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE SOLIDIFIES A FREE, JUST AND STABLE REPUBLIC

By Domenick J. Maglio PhD. Traditional Realist

“Those who vote decide nothing, those who count the votes decide everything.”

Josef Stalin

The reaction of the democrats to Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to the Supreme Court has been outrageous. They suggested packing the court, altering the constitution and eliminating the electoral college. The replacing of the electoral college with a popular vote will drastically change our Constitutional Republic.

The NPV, National Popular Vote movement sounds reasonable on the surface but will cause more significant problems than it solves. For sure if we do away with the Electoral College, we will have a more “democratic” process. Currently we have a high functioning republic, which keeps our country a free, just and stable one. There is no rational reason to alter our constitutional republic to move towards a more difficult process to monitor and one that divides rather than unites. We are witnessing the chaos of the 2020 Presidential Election not following orderly and restrictive methods of recording and counting only legitimate votes.

Our wise founders studied history in creating a republic not a whimsical democracy that would develop into mob fascism. The Electoral College is only one of many checks and balances that has created the longest and most stable constitutional republic in world history. The Electoral College representatives are able to identify and raise issues to candidates that help clarify some of their positions.

These early patriots knew past democratic experiments ended in chaos and self-destruction. They comprehended that the highly educated adults in Athens, which were 15% of the population, would determine all the laws. Unsurprisingly these elites chose their selfish interests over the common good. Another democratic breakdown, the French Revolution, was personally witnessed by some of the signers of our constitution, which further demonstrated and confirmed that they chose correctly the republic form of government.

Currently the progressive elites want to return to a historically failed democratic process of a popular vote for all citizens. The democrat elites want even non-citizens to vote in the presidential elections. They want to institute this by eliminating the Electoral College and replacing it with the popular vote. This unweighted and indiscriminate vote will disenfranchise “fly over states” leaving the east and west coasts to choose the president. If this passed, it would make sense for politicians to concentrate on densely populated city zones while disregarding important issues of rural areas and small towns. This would mean the majority of the states would be immaterial having no skin in the game, disenfranchising them and leaving them isolated and alienated.

This excluding approach would conserve resources for candidates but will provide less impetus for coalition building. Every vote, including non-citizens would be equal regardless of their depth of knowledge of the issues. The national popular vote will open up the floodgates for more redistributing to less productive people in order to attract new voters to the progressive policies. The smoother and more charismatic the politician, the more the citizens will overlook the issues to select the candidate on looks and emotion. Most troubling is the obvious reality that the enormity of the vote and the lack of a checks and balance system will encourage fraud.

The winner of an NPV election would be the best con-person to the largest audience. The well-informed Electoral College representatives will become relics. There will be less thoughtful debate to discuss the issues raised in order to change the minds of the electoral representatives.

In fifty-one separate electoral elections there is great opportunity to isolate and correct any voter corruption.  Intelligent and viable options will be advanced and discussed to assist working together as a united nation. It makes it more difficult for any party to hijack an election.

The USA’s population is growing not only in number but in diversity. More than ever our citizens need to understand that the present electoral system gives them the ability to stand with other groups who want to see similar legislation passed.  The process brings different groups into positions of assimilating into our country to become Americans.

The Electoral College has worked for several centuries to be accepted as the will of the people. Even when the popular vote was greater than the victory in the Electoral College the vast part of the nation has accepted the outcome. The intricacies of this cleverly designed founding father’s check and balance on the inevitable swings of a pure democratic vote has been an incredible success.

When something works as well as this, the changing of it would be a sign of insanity. The acceptance of the Electoral College process has kept this great nation stable and free.

SOCIAL JUSTICE WORKS BEST IN CAPITALISM

SOCIAL JUSTICE WORKS BEST IN CAPITALISM

By Domenick J. Maglio Ph.D. Traditional Realist

Our founding fathers chose capitalism as the economic basis for the development of our large land mass. Adam Smith’s, Wealth of Nations. published in 1776 during the birth of the United States, advocated for consumers and producers to make decisions more efficiently without government manipulative regulations. His genius was that he conceptualized the invisible hand of capitalism would guide the growth of a dynamic economy with unlimited potential and it did.

Decisions in the capitalist economic system are not controlled by a central panel of bureaucratic experts who write laws dictating who will be hired or not according to a social justice protocol. Instead they are decided by multi millions of people in financial and product exchanges. Products and/or services are free choices enacted by individuals that determine the actual value of these exchanges by the sales and revenue generated. The competitive free market determines who has succeeded by their bottom line not by government decree.

The entrepreneur is guided by supply and demand although they have the incredible freedom of choice to pursue their hunches and desires as they see fit. Private businesses have no safety net but have unlimited opportunity to determine their own future. These innovators come up with new ideas that have changed the way we live our lives. They create new items that have become so common place it is hard to imagine how we existed without them. The practices by this laisse faire capitalist economy in the U.S. have inspired individuals to create the highest standard of living and prosperity for our citizens.

Capitalist systems are based on freedom of choice and have no restrictions on who can participate or how much they can profit. Many citizens work in someone else’s business to augment their income, then some of them take a risk and leave the security of the established business to create their own venture. This individual can be an immigrant from anyplace in the world or a lower-class person from any ethnic or racial background, or a physical or mental handicap. In the free market, the only thing that matters is the quality of service and price of the product or service. Very few consumers discriminate against a businessperson’s background as long as they produce a quality product or service at a reasonable price.

A successful entrepreneur possesses a love of the work ethic to continue to improve his product so as not to be passed by another competitor. These upstarts often better appeal to the public’s latest trends and needs than do established businesses. Competition usually weeds out the weakest business to be replaced by more dynamic, competitive ones, which keeps the price down and the quality improving.

The visionary has no interest or time to be preoccupied with social issues. Their energy, time and self-interest are focused on establishing the best decisions to meet their consumers wants and needs in the most ingenious and effective way. As the business grows, they can better reward their staff with improved conditions and benefits. The continual improvement of the worker conditions positively impacts their employers, family, community, business and economic status. Creating excellence in all facets of the business is their driving force.

Social justice in the capitalist system is based on the assets the employer brings to the enterprise. Employees who do their job effectively are rewarded with increased benefits, promotions and  privileges. When the worker feels abused, they have the freedom to move to another position or take a risk and start their own business.

Capitalism’s social justice is the individual’s freedom to better their lives. The worker can eventually learn the intricacies of the business to move on to another job or start their own competitive one. Justice is determined not by the government but by the owner incentivizing his most conscientious employees to remain.

The free market is a battleground that is determined by the results of one’s own hard work, not by government panels picking winners and losers. When businesses are no longer functioning well in capitalism, they fail. This is called creative destruction. It is a tough but fair method of determining who is the winner with no government coercive discrimination policies to artificially force a restructuring of society. In the free market, the individual determines their own fate through their own effort.

Everyone has the ability to be socially mobile regardless of any social, racial, ethnic or disability in our free capitalistic system. This liberty does not exist in centrally controlled economies. A capitalist system is not perfect, but it is the best system we have. Capitalism does not rely on “experts” to make all the decisions with their unconscious biases, instead it sets up a system to align people’s actions with success.
