 THE U.S IS A CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC NOT A DEMOCRACY

The United States started as a mostly unsettled, huge territory in the western hemisphere.  The eastern part of this land mass was settled by the English who often wanted a new start in a territory that was sparsely settled by the indigenous people. The British King George III gave powerful noblemen huge territories to colonize. These entities held allegiance to Britain.

 

Englishmen settled along the east coast. With their own ingenuity, hard work, and perseverance they established their own homesteads that grew into settlements. Affluent colonists were self-taught although some upper-class colonists traveled to Europe to gain greater enlightenment. These men gained historical knowledge of the rise and fall of civilizations. They were self-actualized men who based their decisions on well thought out, practical, and logical ideas that worked. 

 

These wise men knew about tyrannical government because they were dealing with King George III’s repressive tactics.  They quickly learned that power in the hands of unchecked leaders can quickly produce tyrannical governments. The colonists faced restrictions and abusive edicts enforced by an overwhelming military. The British employed their power not through convincing the colonists of the benefits of their policies but through the barrel of a gun. The colonists learned that a government that did not allow the voice of the people to be heard ended in submission or a deadly struggle for freedom.

 

Our forefathers convened a Constitutional convention in Philadelphia in 1787 to hammer out a means of governing the union of the colonies. These fifty-five men knew they were taking on a monumental task of forming a new experimental government.

 

The leaders of the convention argued their ideas to establish the best form of government possible. This debating format of sharing concepts brought many representatives into a clearer picture of the types of government that would be best suited for giving local communities their autonomy while joining together to increase their power to be victorious against the British.

 

These statesmen knew that a democracy was not feasible. The word “democracy” was not mentioned in any founding documents, instead some of our founding fathers stated: 

Thomas Jefferson: Democracy is nothing more than mob rule where 51% of the people can take away the rights of the other 49%.

Ben Franklin: Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for dinner.

John Adams: Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts and murders itself.

 

There was never a democracy yet that did not murder itself. Instead, these practical men brilliantly decided on a Constitutional Republic. Ours is the worlds’ oldest written Constitutional Republic still in use. 

 

Our constitution is the supreme law. The power of government is held by the people but exercised by the elected representatives. The rights of the minority are protected. The rule of law requires that no one is above the law. All states must have a representative government not a democracy. The people are the ultimate authority of the republic. Democracy is not mentioned in any documents produced by the Constitutional Convention. By what was decided there, we are a Constitutional Republic. 

 

Checks and balances are an essential part of our constitution. Each of the three branches limits the power of the other two. The founders were concerned about the concentration of governmental power. These three branches of government limit the possibility of abuse by any of the branches.  Congress can impeach the president if he employs powers he is not granted in the constitution. A Constitutional Republic creates governmental bodies and allocates power to them. Our executive branch cannot make laws. Congress makes laws but the supreme court can rule the law unconstitutional. The senate approves federal judges. The judicial branch determines the constitutionality of all laws. These and other checks and balances are built into the constitution to ensure a responsible government for the citizens. 

 

Even with our amazing Constitutional Republic that arrived with many mechanisms to prevent what the delegates feared the most: the concentration of government power in the hands of an individual that would be a tyrant, or an elite group of individuals, it is not sufficient. The vigilance of an active citizenry is necessary to prevent a tyrannical government.

 

At this time in our history, we are learning if our citizens do not speak up and vote, the longest existing and most comprehensive Constitutional Republic will implode. Remember our voices must be heard especially with a media biased against us. We must speak up even in a period of FBI and DOJ overtly intimidating respectable citizens.

 

Our nation’s existence as a Constitutional Republic is at stake. Upon leaving the Constitutional Convention when asked what they had decided, Benjamin Franklin stated, “A republic, if you can keep it.” Our ancestors and children deserve our fighting for the greatest and freest country on earth. Can we do it?

 CANNOT SPEAK ABOUT ALMOST ANYTHING IN OUR “FREE” NATION

Whatever happened to our First Amendment rights? Free speech is essential to be considered

“free.” If you cannot speak openly about what you see and think, you are being repressed. A nation that does not promote and rejoice in “freedom of speech,” is not free.

 

When government dictates what you can and cannot say, you have a tyrannical government. Citizens voices are stifled while the government voices have a megaphone. What people hear is government propaganda through social media isolating them from viewpoints of other citizens. This is done using subtle or in-your-face ways. Ultimately the citizenry is being indoctrinated to the point of view of the government.

 

The smothering of citizen’s voices leaves people in a dilemma. Does a person speak up to be labeled as a “terrorist” of the state or remain silent?  Most citizens with close family and friends might be open with them but closed-mouthed in public. They could pay the price of being cancelled, be visited by government agencies, be committed to an institution, or other drastic consequences.  This fear of government is spread openly throughout the society to shut down any debate. 

 

Lies and more lies are perpetuated by government-controlled media to keep trepidation in the people’s minds. Raids by government agencies against any potential freedom leaders frequently demonstrate the futility of pushing back on the establishment. Many antigovernment leaders’ homes and businesses were illegally violated by official thugs.  The Mar-a-lago invasion of President Trump’s residency showed us that no one is safe from government lawlessness. Outspoken freedom-loving leaders are unjustly violated to show the state’s power. The psyop campaigns to silence the public are ingenious and constantly repeated in the media. 

 

Only certain video clips were released of the January 6^th event while the vast majority of videos still have not been seen. The government has acknowledged that there were at least 20 federal agents embedded in the crowd on January 6^th. What were they doing?

 

The government-controlled media at first attempted to describe malicious action against the authorities at the capitol even saying that a number of police were killed, which was not true. Ashlee Babbit, an unarmed, ex-military was shot in the neck by a police officer for no apparent reason. She died immediately. The only other casualty was a woman who was beaten by police in the tunnel nearby.

 

The congressional investigating team that was supposed to uncover what really happened, was a kangaroo court led by so-called republican, Liz Chaney. In her role as “vice chair.” It was pushed by the media but gained little traction with the public. This “insurrection” also cannot be questioned by citizens. Some of the participants have been imprisoned for almost two years and have not yet received an official trial. Americans have not received an answer why these gestapo tactics can take place with our constitutional protections. 

 

The 2020 presidential election is another off-limits topic. There was late night tabulation that resulted in an incredible shift from a strong lead by Trump to a Biden lead. There were voting irregularities blamed on the Dominion machines, drop boxes and changes in the early mail-in ballots. The election results are off limits as un-American while democrat candidates in the past like Al Gore and Hillary Clinton still complain about their stolen elections. It is forbidden for the American people to talk about the possibility of Trump’s stolen election.

 

The Covid epidemic origins are off limits. Dr. Fauci and the Chinese “gain-of-function” research is defined by the National Institute of Health as research designed to “enhance the pathogenicity or transmissibility of potential pandemic pathogens.” The questionable restrictions placed on our citizens along with the side effects of the vaccines have not been allowed to be public.

 

There was little media coverage of the “Summer of Love” 2020 devastating riots in major cities all over the USA. They were spoken of as “mostly peaceful” while burning buildings, beatings and rampant looting was shown in the background. 

 

Hunter Biden’s computer was well known but covered up by the FBI until well after the election. This was verified by FBI whistleblowers and documented by recently released internal emails. The FBI raid of Mar-a-lago is still under investigation as the justice department has refused to release documents showing the legal justification for the raid.  FBI agents took “the pillow guy,” Mike Lindel’s phone taken away with no specific reason other than to intimidate him and scores of others. 

 

These examples and many more can be mentioned illustrating the replacement of the freedom of speech with illegal government intimidation. The concept of citizens being silent when government does not follow the constitution is unacceptable. How much more do we have to suffer from a dictatorial government before we speak up in unison?

 

Eliminating free speech is the death of all our liberties.

 WORK PROVIDES DIGNITY AND PURPOSE

America is quickly moving away from the work ethic. As the tentacles of our government on the federal, state and local level grow, our citizens are given more free services and money for choosing not to work. The stated goal is to create equity in our nation, but this will create a large underclass of non-workers. This large underclass will be easier to control then self-made middle- and upper-class entrepreneurs. 

 

Once people are on the government dole, they are easy to manage by the bureaucrats. Dependency on government give-away programs and assistance checks to function will undermine our capitalist economy. Basic needs are covered though the services but dwindle in quality and quantity over time. Reliance on government promises most often ends in disappointment and anger. Once citizens become dependent on government handouts, they are captives of the state.

 

In the U.S. many immigrants came not for handouts but for freedom and opportunity. In the late 1800s and early 1900s people from all over Europe flooded over America. These immigrants almost never received government assistance, and many would have refused it.  They just wanted to earn their own way. 

 

Some immigrants were rejected in Ellis Island for disease, mental health issues and criminal history and sent back to their own countries. Most of the immigrants settled in poor ethnic enclaves and worked themselves up into improved living communities. By the third generation most of them were thought of as being full-fledged American citizens. 

 

The five million illegal immigrants crossing our southern border in the last two years are not being screened. The cartels are being paid thousands of dollars to get immigrants into America. Often these immigrants are required to bring drugs while others have to pay for the assistance by sex trafficking. Our government provides free cell phones, travel, lodging, and food to these illegal immigrants. Many immigrants see the United States as the land of plenty where the government will provide not only for their needs but their wants.

 

Too many illegals coming into the USA are being deceived. Our nation’s greatness has not been built on socialist policies of equalizing the wealth or taking it from the rich and supposedly giving it to the poor. Many of these people are arriving from corrupt socialist governments that have failed in their promises and currently we are using the same tactics to seduce immigrants into our nation. 

 

In capitalist systems people have the freedom to start businesses and work themselves up the ladder to better positions through their own initiative and effort. Our economy has not been a government controlled one. But many corrupt, self-serving government officials and powerful elites want to eliminate our constitutional republic replaced with a top-down socialistic government. 

 

The democrat party is in control of our government which is attempting to shift us toward a socialist economy. It has been an utter failure. We presently have stagflation, slow down in home building, a stock market that is falling everyday and supply chain chaos.  These “brilliant elites” claim this transition is only temporary in the transition to our new socialist world order.

 

Hopefully the democrat socialist economic disaster of 2020 until now will be replaced by our traditional capitalist one. Small businesses will be encouraged to open through the government relaxing unrealistic and ridiculous requirements and direct interference on how to run their enterprise. Oil corporations will be permitted to drill where there are profitable deposits with reasonable environmental restrictions. Fracking and oil exploration again will be allowed. Small businesses throughout the nation will be allowed to run their businesses without outrageous government restrictions. No government should prevent any businesses from making a profitable living through ingenuity, innovation and effort. America’s greatness is based on the foundation of freedom to prosper and the dignity of lifting oneself up by one’s own bootstraps, which is a fundamental element of our capitalist society. 

 

Free U.S. citizens have spent an extraordinary amount of time and energy to build their businesses from scratch. Many family members pitched in to create a viable enterprise. Their business is their love, and it shows to anyone who enters it. It gives the owners and employees great satisfaction in serving their customers. Their business is their life’s work. It is the reason they wake up to perform the job that they created. It gives them purpose, dignity and meaning to their life.

 

If these new immigrants do not want to follow our American formula for success in the greatest nation on earth, they need to return to their own countries. The United States is not about giving handouts, it is about giving a “hand up.”

COVID-19 lockdowns are slowly being lifted. The mask mandates have been proven to be practically useless for protecting the wearer or the people in proximity. One way grocery aisles, plexiglass dividers, social distancing of six feet were also useless. “Track and trace” sounded technologically positive but did not work to slow the spread of the virus. Schools, libraries, churches, sporting events are now open. The number of people in one’s house is not important anymore.

 

Unfortunately, a majority of our population, the old as well as the young, followed these unscientific government mandates for fear of dying from COVID-19. Above all else, parents wanted to protect their offspring and senior citizens knew they had physical vulnerability to the virus. However, there was a significant segment of the population that refused to follow the CDC mandates.

 

The CDC’s so called “scientific experts” broadcast their edicts without substantial evidence while cancelling highly qualified scientists that questioned their data and projections which prevented open debate.  The process of not being open to new scientific data and theories is not science, it is a top-down political control of the population. This occurred not only in the U.S. but worldwide and increased the ruling class’s power to eventually establish a one-world-government. This crisis formula of creating fear continues to be perfected until people finally realize the end goal of this technological technique is mass control of the globe.

 

The global lockdown demonstrated to narcissistic, evil world leaders and egotistical intellectuals how they can create paralyzing fear, that would allow them to curtail the people’s freedom and eventually enslave them. The more they can increase ridiculously restrictive mandates to gain greater power that restricts and eliminates the people’s freedom, the easier it will be to gain a bloodless world coup.  

 

As soon as the fear of COVID-19 decreased, new potential strains of Omicron 4 and 5 were highlighted.  Using testing on eight mice, the pseudo-scientific community declared that citizens should receive a new booster shot for the new strain. Other new potentially more dangerous viruses will appear as needed. The good news is that citizens are becoming wiser and more aware of “experts” like Dr. Anthony Fauci who can use their platform to spew lies to advance their career. 

 

Dr. Fauci boldface lied to Dr. Rand Paul in a Congressional Hearing that he had no connection to the Chinese Wuhan lab. He emphatically insisted that it was not financed by American tax dollars.  Fauci forcefully asserted Its purpose was not to enhance the viruses’ detrimental effect and to be more transmittable, and difficult to curtail. Dr. Fauci denied any participation in the Chinese experiments to develop more virulent viruses that could cause a worldwide epidemic. Newly released documents show that Dr. Fauci is a sophisticated liar.

 

Although the COVID-19 epidemic is ebbing, California is calling for school shutdowns and compulsory mask wearing. In Washington, D.C. unvaccinated students will not permitted to attend school. There will be no online classes, so the students will not receive even academic instruction online. Many psychologists remarked that the shutdowns took a toll on children’s social and psychological development as well as delayed academic skills in reading and math, that will take years to remedy, if ever. These unprepared students will eventually come of age to join the labor market ill prepared to make a positive impact on our economy. Our economic future is bleak which has weakened America on every front. The U.S. is no longer the world leader inspiring other nations through our freedom, military dominance, technological innovation and with economic strength. 

 

The COVID-19 pandemic was used to change the US voting laws to allow universal mail in voting. Are Klaus Schwab of the World Economic forum and his cabal of world leaders going to win by spreading fearful scientific lies that frighten citizens into being zombies? Destroying the U.S. economy through these mandates will increase illness and death to panic others that weakens the nation. 

 

This scheme by the world leaders is nothing more than psyops to crush the will of the people. These changes would usher in mass mind control. Some weak people will still run to whatever is introduced by the government elite and intellectual allies who want to control the people by proclamation from the top down. According to their mission, independent, free-thinking people must be eliminated.

 

The American people know these “scientific” edicts did not work in the past several years. This central planning is an attempt to remove our God given freedoms to control all the nations of the world. It is slavery for all of us except the wealthy and media elites. 

 

Our forefathers worked and fought for retaining our constitutional republic. We need not to give up our individual freedoms out of fear. We need to stand up to preserve our Godly life, that has allowed us to innovate and prosper like no other civilization.
