Historically education in the United States was initiated and controlled by the parents. Our ancestors were religious people who studied the Bible with their children to gain religious knowledge to live their lives according to Biblical moral values and principles. At an early age, children were taught Biblical verses which turned out to have the additional benefit of teaching these young citizens how to read. 

 

Many affluent citizens augmented their children’s reading by hiring tutors in specific areas to enhance their academic knowledge. Some were even sent to Europe to gain sophisticated skills of the best European students. The original settlers oversaw their children’s education as they planned and executed it while paying out of their own personal funds. 

 

In the mid 1800s Horace Mann made it the state’s business to organize a national education system. Initially local community leaders and parents were closely aligned in providing a quality education for the local students through taxes. As the state and finally the national bureaucracy become bloated, the parent’s power to influence their child’s education became nonexistent. 

 

By the middle of the 1900s the parents were practically outside their child’s educational life. At this juncture in 2022, local police throughout the country have been assigned by school boards to silence or even arrest citizens who want answers to incidents in their child’s school. Even a perverted act against a child was denied and the father was removed from the school board meeting. Other parents who demanded action were labeled domestic terrorists. Most parents were outraged that they were paying incredible taxes to the government while there is no accountability to their wishes. They want to have provided a safe environment and an accurate accounting of our national achievements as the leader of the free world. Instead, these children were being indoctrinated with flagrant communist propaganda. 

 

The pathetic, low ranking of the US education as compared to other nation has been ignored by the public-school authorities and most public-school parents. Some home school and private school parents responded by using their personal funds on top of paying exorbitant school tax money to remove their children from these chaotic government schools that did not provide safety nor education. 

 

If it wasn’t for the children’s online instruction in their homes during the epidemic, parents would never have known what was happening in the schools. This is an indictment of our parents ‘involvement with their children’s education. For too long parents were incorrectly assessing their children’s learning by their inflated grades and never-ending awards. The parents were conned by the education bureaucracy and now many are realizing that the government believes that the education process belongs to them, not to the parents to decide what should be taught and how. Government officials are stating this directly to parents.  The right to educate the child belongs to the state, not the parents. The government has replaced the parental role as the primary adult in the student’s life like in any tyrannical nation.

The National Federation of Teachers had a very successful decades old campaign that teachers were not sufficiently paid for the abuse they received from students and parents. Teachers are often starting off at $45,000 per year while schools in Chicago are receiving $27,000 per student for their education. The teacher union’s demands have been granted but the results for student learning has collapsed.

 

Even with incredible increases in funding our public schools have deteriorated academically as well as transformed into social change centers. Our traditional American ideals, work ethic and constitutional republic have been under attack being replaced by a constant litany of America’s short comings: racism, inequality, CRT, injustice, homophobia, transgenderism, and perversion masquerading as normal. Even Satanist Clubs are being approved as afterschool programs in public schools. Meanwhile many Marxist teachers are singing the praises of utopian Marxism. This is not academic learning; it is brainwashing our children to destroy our nation by robbing parents of the ability to raise their children to be patriotic Americans.

 

Parents need to be put back into the driver’s seat directing the education of the most important legacy: their children. The ultimate way to do this is to give parents their own tax money to decide what and how their children should be educated

 

This approach has been called “the voucher program” which was especially favored by black leaders in the 1960s. Every family receives back  the school tax money paid for the education they prefer. The empowering of parents through their purse strings is a powerful incentive for educators to entice educational institutions to improve their services.

 

This lets the parents vote with their money to choose what they consider the best education for their child. This gives accountability to the parents where it belongs not to a bloated and corrupt school bureaucracy.

Tyranny has existed throughout history yet there have been periods of time when peace and harmony embrace a society. Law and order prevail due to honest and dedicated leadership. These statesmen willingly intervene on the side of justice and do not remain in silent acquiescence to wrongdoing.

 

As the famous British nobleman, Edmond Burke, stated during the revolution with England, “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” When people avoid the truth before their eyes, they create the conditions necessary for creeping evil to gain a stranglehold over society.

 

The Roman King of Judea, Herod, killed all boys two years old and younger to ensure that the Christ child no longer existed. This incredible evil act caused immense suffering and sorrow but not any noted insurrection. Only grief and resignation reigned without a hint of rebellion against this evil act since the people remained silent. 

 

When the conditions of evil and cowardice are established, it takes strong, honorable people to place their reputations and assets on the line for freedom. Only dedicated and indignant individuals can end the advancement of evil and finally dismantle it to regain freedom. The longer the process takes, the greater the suffering of innocent people.

 

Once community individuals defy the repressive authorities, other brave leaders in the community cannot deny the truth. Eventually one after another people stand up against the injustice and abuse that have been epidemic. Courage is man’s greatest virtue in combating brutal, repressive rule. 

 

Parents voicing their rightful grievances in front of a hostile school board takes courage.  Speaking in front of a investigative committee or even directly to the people who are the advocates of repression is not easy to do but it makes a difference in influencing the direction and policy of school boards, local, state, and federal governance.

 

Freedom of speech must be practiced both written and verbally addressing our concerns and demands to our elected representatives. By not speaking up we will lose our voice and freedom. Fear to speak one’s opinion opens the gates to encourage greater and greater limits on our freedoms in areas we took for granted. Increasing doses of curtailing our freedom without protest means we are further down the road of accepting dictatorial edicts as legitimate. The disregarding of people’s rights to determine the direction of government shows it is “the oligarchy behind the scenes” that is in control of government. 

 

As Thomas Jefferson, a leader in our revolution and framer of our constitution, noted in the quote above that it is a constant battle to limit tyranny as soon as it rears its head. Once a strategy of repression is accepted, it becomes harder to erase it. Constant vigilance is needed to stomp out tyrannical decrees before they gain a foothold in the fabric of the nation. This means some individuals who earned their status through great effort must make many important moral decisions. Many can and do join the other powerful elites and go along with the flow by selling their power and reputation for personal gain.

 

 Some reject this route and remain true to their word to protect the freedom of those who elected them. This choice eventually must be made by each government official or bureaucrat. The temptation to sell their integrity to the highest bidder is too often the path of least resistance for personal fame and fortune.

 

Yet, a few good leaders do stand-up and throw a monkey wrench into a conspiracy of leaders who want to use their power to deny innocent others any rights that were promised to the people. When a leader voices legitimate objections that oppose the scheme, it often ignites others to voice their objections. Once an honest and open debate begins the desire of shutting down the truth fades. 

 

The only excuse to accept corruption and repression by evil men is cowardice. It is up to all of us free people to exercise our free speech and right to assembly to keep our communities and nation free. 

 

When the free exchange of ideas takes place, many more will join and the truth will become obvious. Free courageous people speaking up creates a tsunami of voices to turn the tide to freedom over tyranny.

 

Tyranny only wins when free, honorable, and courageous men remain silent.

Americans are witnessing many anti-human acts in their neighborhoods, on television and even in their homes. Adolescents are shooting guns indiscriminately killing innocent people even in school and infants in their beds. Groups of coordinated individuals are looting upscale stores with full awareness that they will not be prosecuted. 

 

Our society is not only looking away from robbery or destruction of private property but also physical assault in public view. Even a rape on a crowded subway station was ignored by everyone who was there. The conscious development of Americans is weakening, not only in casual relationships but also in our criminal justice system.

 

Prosecuting attorneys throughout the United States that received large campaign contributions from Marxist elite, George Soros, were elected to lower prison populations and practically remove all criminal acts requiring a prison sentence. Negative consequences for criminal behavior have been removed which means there is no time to evaluate their antisocial choices and their ramifications.  

 

Divorce has become so common that there is no longer a significant social stigma. Living together and having children has become commonplace.  Senator Daniel Moynihan called this “deviancy down.” The lack of permanency in our family relationships has decreased the motivation for birth parents to teach moral values and lessons to their offspring. The lack of long-term commitments in fragile relationships leaves children lacking commitment for necessary training. This training is necessary to keep children on the righteous path to avoid temptations that will inevitably confront them. Presently the institution of marriage is rarely doing conscience development with the children.

 

In the past conscience development of our children was based on traditional fathers and mothers teaching values. As the solid family dissolved in front of our eyes, we have searched for ways to keep families on track. There have been programs such as Boy Scouts, sports teams, church groups, court, and school programs to help children learn right from wrong using community authority figures. Many of these help children get over personal hurtles but are not a substitute for full time parents. 

 

Eighty percent of single parent families are female headed. Obviously, a male approach to teaching children about some of the harsh realities of life is lacking in many families. Fathers and mothers differ in knowledge of issues and perspectives that would prevent many criminal behaviors, addictions, and other self-destructive behaviors. A powerful father who puts his children on the right track and fear in their hearts to not do the wrong thing is missing in many households. 

 

Our local, state, and federal programs should reevaluate their priorities in dealing with divorcing families. The courts should redirect their energies from which parent should have primary custody to how the public resources can be invested to keep as many families as possible in contact with their children and keep parents together. 

 

Funding one parent to care for the children has resulted in 80% of custody being awarded to the female.  This leaves the woman often motivated to join the workforce while also being the primary caretaker of the children. The dual role is often overwhelming for any woman to fulfill.

 

Government funding should not be given to one divorced parent to incentivize them to be the sole director of the family. Money to help more children remain economically comfortable as a single parent undermines the concept of bringing the man back into the family unit. A better use of public money would be to incentivize bringing the family back together in some form as both parents have a vested interest in their children. The children need the love and knowledge of both parents to successfully navigate life.

 

In the short run it will be a scheduling inconvenience especially as the parents have just gone through the agony of the divorce process. On the positive side it will help keep them sufficiently connected in front of the child to minimize children’s separation anxiety from either parent.  

 

Developing a child’s conscience impacts everyone in the local community and the entire society. Antisocial and deviant behavior will affect innocent victims through no fault of their own. Safety and order break down producing fear, hostility, and preoccupation with what can go wrong rather than applying healthy energy to enhance society. 

 

Investing in our families with government funds with parental obligations would be a wise approach to alleviate or solve many of our societal ills. Whenever a society’s families dissolve throughout history, the nation unravels. Families are the most efficient and necessary unit in any society of training children morally and socially. 

 

Parents make better decisions with their resources than government ever could make. Our nation should lower taxes and devise programs for incentivizing families to stay together. It is the cheapest and best approach to strengthen our nation by keeping our families functioning.

 TOLERANCE OF EVIL IS CREATING GREATER HATRED

Hatred is a strong word that should be reserved for evil deeds. Of the many criminal acts committed in our woke culture today, only a few require the death penalty. These criminal acts that need the death sentence has radically shrunk over time.  Now the crime of killing a helpless child, committing a violent rape, randomly shooting people, or even killing a policeman might result in a lesser sentence. 

 

These heinous acts cannot be justified as anything less than evil. When an individual plans and executes these cruel, and torturous behaviors on a fellow human, they cannot be tolerated. They must be eliminated for any humane, viable society to thrive. Every law-abiding citizen deserves a safe environment to live in.

 

Tolerance is reserved for behaviors another might find uncomfortable, unmannerly, or personally disgusts them but does not threaten another’s sanity or life. Humans have a wide range of what they desire or what repulses them.  Singing, dancing, food preferences and many other cultural things are seen differently by unique cultures. Even in the same society some like orchestras, hard rock, rap, jazz, or traditional national music depending on their age, preference and segment of the population.

 

Preferences and different actions are liked or not liked although all should be tolerated as they are customs that do not harm anyone or threaten anyone’s existence. These are positive or negative feelings towards cultural elements in our world. These are not life or death matters but should be part of a world where freedom of choice is encouraged and enjoyed. 

 

However, evil should not be tolerated as it breeds more hatred. Once any forms of hate are tolerated, it will and does metastasize. I hate a particular ethic group, people of a certain skin color, political persuasion, fat, skinny, short, or tall individuals. Hatred of one group will often provoke the group to hate the attacking group. Tolerance of hatred in a culture motivates the culture to self-destruct into warring tribes. It destroys cultural cohesiveness and increases animosity towards anyone different. 

 

The only antidote for” hatred” is “love.” Love is a healing process that can convert the hater into a more rational and productive humane being. It avoids others being attacked by hateful individuals causing more hatred. Love is the opposite of hatred and tolerance is not love. Loving people also creates an environment that encourages healthy differences that do not intentionally hurt anyone. Hurting others should not be tolerated as it destroys a harmonious, stable, and peaceful existence replacing it with an environment of evil and chaos.

 

Tolerance for all people, even those who hate sounds compassionate. This is stupid. It is like the people of Germany or Italy in WWII who backed Hitler or Mussolini and scapegoated groups in the population as villains. Many citizens in these nations marched into the world with hatred for everyone different from them.  Some of these followers had to be punished by removing their power and some were jailed or killed. Once hatred is instilled in the minds of people it is a difficult process to eradicate. Defeating and punishing the powerful evil leaders and their most ardent followers is often necessary to cleanse societal hatred. 

 

Once evil enters the formula the concept of tolerance becomes a ruse for individuals to exploit and corrupt tolerance. Tolerance becomes a smoke screen for hatred to hide behind and pursue evil ways. Tolerance of people to make choices is a wonderful decision since it is a prerequisite of a free and loving society.

 

Anyone who says that the opposite of hate is tolerance, is making a grave mistake. As a society, the United States is losing its bearings of maintaining a stable and just nation. Tolerating unlawful and evil behavior is a sign of the decay of a society, not ascendency to heights of goodness. Our national policies and strategies have been to use blind justice to uphold our laws which have been created by the vote of the people. Our republican process should determine our laws not the edicts of the oligarchy of the rich and powerful. 

 

Tolerance of hatred in the long run ends in chaos and evil. No sensible person would wish this on any nation especially one established on moral values and individual freedom of speech for all citizens. Our nation has rejected evil behaviors of other nations throughout its history. Tolerance of evil must again be replaced by appropriate, consistent, and strong consistent punishment for evil doers according to our laws. We should not accept phony tolerance for immoral, evil actions by our leaders and citizens. It will destroy our unity and our republic.
